القبول بالشروط
باستخدامك لتطبيق مفازا فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا كنت لا توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. التطبيق مخصص لمن هم ١٨ عاماً فأكثر.
طبيعة الخدمة
يقدّم التطبيق معلومات عن مشاريع مفازا للتطوير العقاري وأدوات لحجز الزيارات وتسجيل الاهتمام، ولملاكنا متابعة وحداتهم وأقساطهم. لا يُعتبر التطبيق عرضاً ملزماً للبيع ولا عقداً.
الحسابات
يمكن التصفّح بدون حساب. إذا أنشأت حساب زائر فأدخل بيانات صحيحة واحفظ كلمة المرور. رقم الوحدة والرمز السري (PIN) الذي تصدره الشركة للمالك شخصي لا يجوز مشاركته؛ أبلغنا فوراً إذا اطّلع عليه غيرك. أي نشاط يتم عبر حسابك يُعتبر صادراً منك.
الأسعار والمعلومات
الأسعار والمساحات والمواصفات والصور والمواعيد المعروضة استرشادية وقد تتغير. العقد الموقّع وسجلات الشركة هي المرجع؛ يُرجى التأكد مع فريق المبيعات قبل أي قرار.
طلبات الدفع
طلب الدفع في التطبيق طلبٌ إلى فريق المحاسبة للتواصل معك وترتيب السداد، ولا تتم أي عملية دفع داخل التطبيق. لا تُعتبر الدفعة مؤكدة إلا بعد تأكيد فريق المحاسبة، وقد يتأخر عرض الأرصدة عن النظام الرسمي.
الزيارات وطلبات الدعم
حجز الزيارة طلبٌ يؤكّده فريق المبيعات، وطلبات الدعم يتابعها الفريق المختص خلال أوقات العمل.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات غيرك أو تعطيل الخدمة.
محتوى وروابط الغير
منشورات إنستغرام وروابط واتساب والاتصال تخضع لشروط وسياسات مزوّديها.
الخصوصية وحذف الحساب
نعالج بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية. يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.
حقوق الملكية الفكرية
جميع العلامات والصور والتصاميم ملك لشركة مفازا للتطوير العقاري ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن خطي.
تحديد المسؤولية
لا تتحمل مفازا أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.
القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عُمان، وأي نزاع يُحال إلى المحاكم المختصة في محافظة مسقط. للتواصل: digital@mafazaoman.com.

Last updated: October 2026These terms govern your use of the Mafaza app and its services, from browsing projects and booking visits to following your unit and payments.
Acceptance
By using the Mafaza app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is intended for people aged 18 and over.
Service scope
The app provides information about Mafaza Real Estate Development projects, tools to book visits and register interest, and lets our owners follow their units and instalments. It is not a binding sale offer or a contract.
Accounts
You can browse without an account. If you create a visitor account, give accurate details and keep your password private. The unit code and PIN the company issues to an owner are personal and must not be shared; tell us at once if someone else has seen them. Activity on your account is deemed yours.
Prices and information
Prices, areas, specifications, images and dates shown are indicative and may change. The signed contract and company records prevail; please confirm with sales before any decision.
Payment requests
A payment request in the app is a request for the accounts team to contact you and arrange payment; no payment is made in the app. A payment is confirmed only once the accounts team confirms it, and balances may lag the official system.
Visits and support requests
A visit booking is a request that the sales team confirms; support requests are followed up by the relevant team during working hours.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, try to access other people's data, or disrupt the service.
Third-party content and links
Instagram posts and WhatsApp and phone links are subject to their providers' own terms and policies.
Privacy and account deletion
We handle your data as described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
Intellectual property
All marks, images and designs belong to Mafaza Real Estate Development and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Mafaza is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman; disputes are referred to the competent courts of Muscat Governorate. Contact: digital@mafazaoman.com.
