حذف حسابك في تطبيق مفازا
آخر تحديث: أكتوبر ٢٠٢٦يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق، أو بطلب عبر البريد إذا لم يعد التطبيق لديك.
الحذف من داخل التطبيق
- افتح تطبيق مفازا وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى تبويب «حسابي» وافتح بطاقة حسابك (بيانات الحساب للزائر، أو قائمة الحساب للمالك).
- اختر «حذف الحساب» ثم «نعم، احذف حسابي».
ما الذي يُحذف
حساب الدخول، والملف الشخصي (الاسم والبريد والهاتف والجنس والصورة الشخصية وملفاتها)، وطلبات الزيارة والاهتمام، والمفضلة، والإشعارات، ورموز الإشعارات، وأحداث الاستخدام المرتبطة بحسابك.
ما الذي نحتفظ به ولماذا
للملاك: العقود وسجلات الأقساط والدفعات وطلبات الدفع والدعم تبقى لدى الشركة للمدة التي يتطلبها القانون، لأنها سجلات تعاقدية ومالية. يمكنك الدخول لاحقاً برقم الوحدة والرمز. قد تبقى نسخ في النسخ الاحتياطية للمزوّد حتى تنتهي دورتها المعتادة.
بدون التطبيق
أرسل طلب الحذف إلى digital@mafazaoman.com من البريد المسجّل في حسابك أو مع رقم الهاتف المسجّل (ورقم الوحدة للملاك). سنتحقق من هويتك ونؤكد لك تنفيذ الحذف.
Delete your MAFAZA account

Delete in the app
- Open the MAFAZA app and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab and open your account card (account details for visitors, the account menu for owners).
- Choose "Delete account", then "Yes, delete my account".
What is deleted
Your login, your profile (name, email, phone, gender, profile photo and its files), visit and interest requests, favorites, notifications, push tokens and the usage events linked to your account.
What we keep and why
For owners: contracts, instalment and payment records and payment and support requests stay with the company for as long as the law requires, because they are contractual and financial records. You can sign in again later with your unit code and PIN. Copies may remain in the provider's backups until they expire on their normal cycle.
Without the app
Email your deletion request to digital@mafazaoman.com from the email address registered in your account, or include the registered phone number (and unit code for owners). We will verify your identity and confirm when the deletion is done.
