سياسة الخصوصية
آخر تحديث: أكتوبر ٢٠٢٦توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق مفازا، ولماذا، ومن يعالجها نيابةً عنا، وكم نحتفظ بها، وكيف تطلب نسخة منها أو حذفها. نعالج بياناتك وفق قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية في سلطنة عُمان (المرسوم السلطاني ٦/٢٠٢٢).
من نحن
تطبيق مفازا تقدّمه شركة مفازا للتطوير العقاري، سلطنة عُمان، وهي المسؤولة عن بياناتك. للتواصل: digital@mafazaoman.com أو +968 7728 8288.
الضيوف (بدون حساب)
يمكنك تصفّح المشاريع بدون حساب. نسجّل حينها معرّفاً عشوائياً للجهاز وأحداث الاستخدام فقط، دون اسم أو رقم. إذا حجزت زيارة أو سجّلت اهتمامك بمشروع نطلب اسمك ورقم هاتفك، وننشئ معرّف حساب تقني مجهول على جهازك لربط طلباتك به.
الزوار (حساب زائر)
البريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف وكلمة المرور (تُحفظ مُجزّأة لدى مزوّد الدخول ولا نراها)، وما تختار إضافته: الاسم والجنس والصورة الشخصية. ونحفظ طلبات الزيارة والاهتمام والمفضلة المرتبطة بحسابك.
الملاك
يدخل الملاك برقم الوحدة والرمز السري (PIN) الذي تصدره الشركة. يعرض التطبيق بيانات وحداتك وعقودك وأقساطك ودفعاتك من سجلات الشركة، ونحفظ طلبات الدفع وطلبات الدعم التي ترسلها ومحتواها.
الصورة الشخصية
تُحفظ الصورة التي تختارها في مساحة تخزين عامة بالرابط، أي أن من يملك رابطها يستطيع فتحها. لا نستخدم الكاميرا ولا الميكروفون؛ يصل التطبيق فقط إلى الصورة التي تختارها من معرض الصور.
بيانات الاستخدام
نسجّل في قاعدة بيانات الشركة نفسها أحداث الاستخدام (الشاشات المفتوحة، المشاريع المعروضة، الإجراءات) مع معرّف عشوائي للجهاز ونوع النظام وإصدار التطبيق، وتُربط بحسابك إن كنت مسجّلاً. لا نستخدم أدوات تحليل أو إعلانات من جهات خارجية، ولا نتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.
لماذا نستخدم بياناتك
لتقديم خدمات التطبيق: ترتيب الزيارات والرد على طلبات الاهتمام، إدارة حسابك، عرض بيانات وحدتك ومعالجة طلبات الدفع والدعم، إرسال الإشعارات، وتحسين التطبيق عبر إحصاءات الاستخدام. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
من يعالج البيانات نيابةً عنا
Supabase: قاعدة البيانات وتسجيل الدخول وتخزين الملفات، وخوادمها في مومباي بالهند، لذلك تُنقل بياناتك وتُخزَّن خارج عُمان. Expo: إيصال الإشعارات، ويستلم رمز الإشعارات ونص الإشعار. Meta (إنستغرام): منشورات إنستغرام المعروضة في التطبيق تُحمَّل من خوادم Meta، فقد تستلم Meta عنوان IP وبيانات الجهاز وفق سياستها. روابط واتساب والاتصال تفتح تطبيقات أخرى خارج تطبيقنا.
الإشعارات
إذا وافقت على الإشعارات نحفظ رمز الإشعارات لجهازك (Expo push token) مع حسابك، لإرسال تذكيرات الأقساط وتأكيد الزيارات وأخبار المشاريع. يمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت من إعدادات الهاتف ‹ الإشعارات ‹ MAFAZA، ويُحذف رمز الجهاز عند تسجيل الخروج.
الحماية
الاتصال مشفّر (HTTPS/TLS)، وقواعد البيانات محمية بصلاحيات على مستوى الصف (Row Level Security) بحيث لا يرى أي مستخدم إلا بياناته، ولا يطّلع عليها من فريق مفازا إلا المختصون.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب وطلباته ما دام الحساب قائماً، ونحذفها عند حذفه. نحتفظ بسجلات الملاك التعاقدية والمالية (العقود والأقساط والدفعات وطلبات الدفع والدعم) للمدة التي يتطلبها القانون. أحداث الاستخدام المسجّلة بدون حساب لا ترتبط بشخصك.
حذف الحساب
من التطبيق: تبويب «حسابي» ‹ حذف الحساب. يُحذف حساب الدخول والملف الشخصي (الاسم والبريد والهاتف والجنس والصورة) وطلبات الزيارة والاهتمام والمفضلة والإشعارات ورموز الإشعارات وأحداث الاستخدام المرتبطة بحسابك، ويحذف التطبيق ملفات صورتك. أما الملاك فتبقى عقودهم وسجلات أقساطهم ودفعاتهم وطلباتهم لدى الشركة كما يتطلب القانون، ويمكنهم الدخول لاحقاً برقم الوحدة والرمز. قد تبقى نسخ في النسخ الاحتياطية للمزوّد حتى تنتهي دورتها المعتادة.
حقوقك وطلب نسخة أو حذف
يحق لك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو سحب موافقتك. أرسل طلبك إلى digital@mafazaoman.com من البريد أو مع رقم الهاتف المسجّل في حسابك، وسنتحقق من هويتك ونرد خلال المدة التي يحددها القانون. يمكنك أيضاً تقديم شكوى إلى وزارة النقل والاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون ١٨ عاماً، ولا نجمع عمداً بيانات الأطفال. إذا علمت أن طفلاً أرسل لنا بيانات فتواصل معنا لحذفها.
تعديل السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وننشر النسخة الجديدة في التطبيق وعلى mafaza-links.pages.dev/privacy مع تاريخ التحديث، ونُعلمك داخل التطبيق عند أي تغيير جوهري.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026This policy explains what data the Mafaza app collects, why, who processes it for us, how long we keep it, and how to get a copy or have it deleted. We process your data under the Oman Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022).
Who we are
The Mafaza app is provided by Mafaza Real Estate Development, Sultanate of Oman, which is responsible for your data. Contact: digital@mafazaoman.com or +968 7728 8288.
Guests (no account)
You can browse projects without an account. We then record only a random device ID and usage events — no name or number. If you book a visit or register interest in a project we ask for your name and phone number, and create an anonymous technical account ID on your device to link your requests to it.
Visitors (visitor account)
Email, phone number and password (stored hashed by our sign-in provider; we cannot see it), and what you choose to add: name, gender and a profile photo. We keep the visit requests, interest requests and favorites linked to your account.
Owners
Owners sign in with the unit code and PIN issued by the company. The app shows your units, contracts, instalments and payments from company records, and we keep the payment requests and support requests you send and their content.
Profile photo
The photo you choose is stored in a public-by-link storage location: anyone who has its link can open it. We do not use the camera or microphone; the app only reads the photo you pick from your photo library.
Usage data
We record usage events (screens opened, projects viewed, actions taken) with a random device ID, platform and app version, in the company's own database, linked to your account when you are signed in. We use no third-party analytics or advertising tools and do not track you across other apps or websites.
Why we use your data
To provide the app: arranging visits and answering interest requests, running your account, showing your unit details and handling payment and support requests, sending notifications, and improving the app through usage statistics. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes data for us
Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage, with servers in Mumbai, India — so your data is transferred to and stored outside Oman. Expo: delivers push notifications and receives the push token and notification text. Meta (Instagram): Instagram posts shown in the app load from Meta's servers, so Meta may receive your IP address and device information under its own policy. WhatsApp and phone links open other apps outside ours.
Notifications
If you allow notifications we store your device's push token (Expo push token) with your account to send instalment reminders, visit confirmations and project news. You can turn them off at any time in your phone's Settings › Notifications › MAFAZA; the device token is removed when you sign out.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) and the database enforces Row Level Security, so each user can only see their own data; within Mafaza only the relevant staff can access it.
Retention
We keep account data and its requests while the account exists and delete them when it is deleted. Owners' contractual and financial records (contracts, instalments, payments, payment and support requests) are kept for as long as the law requires. Usage events recorded without an account are not linked to you.
Deleting your account
In the app: Account tab › Delete account. This deletes your login, your profile (name, email, phone, gender, photo), your visit and interest requests, favorites, notifications, push tokens and the usage events linked to your account, and the app deletes your photo files. For owners, contracts, instalment and payment records and their requests stay with the company as the law requires, and you can sign in again later with your unit code and PIN. Copies may remain in the provider's backups until they expire on their normal cycle.
Your rights: copy or deletion
You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent. Email digital@mafazaoman.com from the email address, or with the phone number, registered in your account; we will verify your identity and reply within the time the law sets. You may also complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology.
Children
The app is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect children's data. If you learn that a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy; the new version is published in the app and at mafaza-links.pages.dev/privacy with its date, and we will tell you in the app about any material change.
